Lf chilled mate to practice

I'm looking for long term mate who loves pvp with decent attitude. I haven't played wow since mid Cata and I am trying to catch up the classes changes and play style right now. I will mostly online at day time, morning ish time to 4pm server time. If you have pvp exp that would be a plus but the idea is improve as a pvp player.
